- Support office and store employees, Agencies, Customers, Vendors, Mall management

Customer Experience & Engagement :

- Drive customer experiences and engagement

- New Customer Acquisition 

- Lead new store launches and re-launches focused on new customer acquisition, drive PR and offers for the launch

- Measure and optimize Retail Marketing efforts .

- Analyse marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.

- Brand Collaborations - Drive external partnerships and collaborations for the brand.

- Mall activations and store promotions 

- Execute mall activations, promotions and in store collaterals, social media calendars and offer communications to drive store footfalls.

- Retail Strategy - Execute and coordinate rollout of overall retail marketing and media spends

- Vendor Management - Collaborate with vendors for collaterals

- Loyalty Program Management - Drive New customer enrollment and repeat purchase
