1 Achieve Sales Target as per the annual budget plan for Projects & IBE
2 Create database, align appointments with Builders and Electrical contractors Minimum 10 to 12 physical visits
3 Conduct Presentations to Builders, Electrical Contractors, and Consultants,
4 Understand project requirements, provide quotations, and close the deal through distributors
5 Create a Market intelligence report and utilize the same to achieve goals
6 Manage and Supervise IBE, Hunter on daily activities.
- Prepare MIS on a weekly & monthly basis
Technical Competencies Behavioral Competencies :
1 Candidate should be working in Project Role with a reputed Electrical company for Minimum 5 Years.
- Strong product knowledge in Wires, Switch, etc Optimistic, Self-Motivated and display skills of a Good team player. He should be able to manage team Willingness to work on bike in market (Mandatory) Should have strong relationship with existing Builders & Electrical Contractors, Architect & Interior
2 Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT Sincere and disciplined, Strong decision making, problem solving skills
3 Have the ability to address Technical queries, obtain approvals and close deal Excellent interpersonal skills, Adept at multi-tasking,
Language Preference : Fluent English & Hindi Must (others- Gujarati, Marwari, Marathi added advantage)
Brands : Finolex, KEI, Havells, Legrand, Schneider any other reputed brand in Wires/Switch/Others
