Assistant Manager - Project Sales - Industrial Adhesives & Sealants (3-8 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Experience and knowledge of Industrial Adhesives & Sealants.
- Good knowledge of Key people and relationship with contacts in Industry & Transportation segment.
- Knowledge of application area of Adhesives in Industrial and its specifications used at OEM's.
- Experience in Industry approval process or adhesives in railway Industry.
- Understanding the customer pain areas, chemistry of products to suggest alternatives, areas of Improvement and Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of handling agents and applicators at railway sites.
- Strong convincing Skills and gaining market share. Prepare reports and present it to the management.
- Monitoring Tenders, Purchase Order, Payments, statutory forms & Customer Complains
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers in B2B & B2G and handle business at Pan India Level.
- Ensuring all administrative records is completed accurately, in line with the guidelines.
- Provide Inputs & records to supervisor and forecast requirements to run customer line uninterruptedly.
- Project Sales exposure is must. (Government, Institutional Sales, B2B are preferred)
Technical Knowledge :
- Basic to advance level proficiency in MS tools like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
