Assistant Manager - Project Sales (5-10 yrs)

Managerial and Coordination Requirements:

- Responsible to generate sales in the assigned territory of the respective business segment vertical / channel and be accountable for the overall performance of the assigned geography.

- Plan and implement comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory that would contribute towards revenue and profit achievements

- Responsible to establish and build sustainable relationships with customers and partners

- Ensure effective utilization of CRM tool

- Responsible to work in close coordination with marketing team with regards to promotion, product launches, etc.

- Provide market and competitor information to Territory Manager, Country Sales Manager & Marketing team

- Conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies & procedures and the company's code of conduct

- Responsible to generate opportunities for cross divisional sales

Key Skills:

Responsibilities for Business Results (expected Added Value, Objectives, KPIs):

- Overall results of the assigned Geography (Net-Net-Sales, Gross Profit, Accounts Receivables)

- Number of new clients, new projects, landmark projects (as agreed)

- Customer Satisfaction Index

- Successful completion of assigned DVU modules

Salary: INR 700000 - 800000
