There is an urgent requirement with one of the travel company as outbound sales - Assistant Manager location based in Delhi.
Key Areas :
- Handling customer enquires ( Phone calls / walk in / Corporate )
- Handling group & corporate enquiries
- Designing packages for clients according to their preference.
- Hotels, Flights, cars & sightseeing booking
- Explaining tour details to clients (Itinerary, Sightseeing, Meals, Transportation)
- Visa assistance (Filling visa forms, taking appointments & documentation)
- Sales call (Individual & corporate)
- Follow up with clients regarding their payments
- Handing over tour vouchers to clients
- Market awareness of products to customer through paper inserts, roadshows, bulk sms, emails
- Feedback call to clients about their tour experience
- Knowledge regarding International Packages Sales
