Assistant Manager - Media Sales - Multiplex (4-9 yrs)
We are hiring for Leading Multiplex in Bangalore.
Job Description :
- Candidate from Media/Advertising sales Industry & will be responsible for key accounts for Cinemas
- To develop sales strategy, sales plans and profit targets. Develop relationships with clients.
- Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
- Undertake on-going market analysis to identify marketing opportunities to support the strategic objectives of the product with the aim of delivering improved volumes and profits. Identifying consumer requirements, define market etc.
- Ensure timely realization of payment and other commercial dues
- Good analytical, Negotiation, vendor management & networking skills
- Sales Planning, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Budgeting etc.
- Stay ahead of the curve on marketplace trends
- Rich experience in ad sales
It will require working closely with:
- Clients and agencies
- The sales, marketing and accounts team
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A. Depending upon present Salary, Experience & Designation.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduate, Excellent communication skills with pleasing personality, Minimum 3 yrs experience in Media Sales.
- Candidates from Media/Advertising/PR/FM Industry are Preferred.
Education :
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Advertising/Mass Communication, Marketing
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
