- Must have worked in backend.
- Manage Bulk Listings, continuously update inventory on E-commerce portals.
- Highlight Price competition.
- Communicating with E-Commerce Portal Marketing Team
- Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain smooth functionality of the website
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms
- Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights
