Job Description - Assistant Manager - Marketing

Role Summary : 

This role is for driven and young professional for Brand Marketing team, with understanding of brands, marketing communication and role of digital and social media for brands. The position will demand liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, creating marketing campaigns and be responsible for end to end execution within campaign timelines. Thinking on your feet, continuous learning and coming up with innovative solutions in a dynamic, growth led environment is absolutely required.

Key Responsibilities

This role is a part of Brand Marketing team for Fossil India which primarily takes care of all products from Fossil and Skagen, and watches from Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, Michael Kors, Diesel, Puma, BMW and more. It will be a point of contact for brands between regional team, digital & social media teams, agencies & PR team. Key responsibilities include the following and will provide an excellent learning opportunity -

- Marketing Campaigns: Understand and contribute to overall brand-wise Marketing Plan. Create and execute end to end brand led campaigns with in-depth planning.

- PR Campaigns: Plan and execute PR led campaigns for seasonal and special launches.

- Digital Marketing: Proficient in brand communication, supporting Marketing, PR, Digital and social media efforts - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and digital influencers.

- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external vendors and partners for campaigns, content development, costing and negotiations. Should be a team player and excel in building a good rapport within as well as outside the organization. Must be able to deal with regional team (Hong Kong) as per protocol for various day to day plans & reports.

- Reports & Insights: Drive campaign deliveries with all stakeholders within timelines and manage reports and trackers for each campaign. Derive campaign insights from report w.r.t industry benchmark and competition.

Professional Skills & Qualifications

- MBA from a premier institute (0 to 3 years of experience)

- Understanding of brand communication, consumer behavior and media mix

- Good understanding of digital & social media marketing

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word

- Ready to learn, execute & take new initiatives

- Proficient in communication skills and stakeholder management
