Job Specifications:

- The candidate should be Graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience in Mumbai Real Estate Marketing.

- MBA in Marketing will be preferred.

- The incumbent must have Knowledge of Marketing.

- The Candidates should have done Marketing for Residential Project in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities :
 
- Framing & Implementing Corporate & Project Strategies.

- Creating Themes and Designs for all Terraform Project in Coordination with Agencies.

- Indentifying various marketing platforms to advertise Projects.

- To coordinate with various vendors and to negotiate and close economical marketing platforms/Cost.

- To Design & print all the Marketing collaterals required for projects at Terraform.

- To Monitor and analyze marketing spends and results.

- Daily and weekly reports in coordination with sales & pre sales Team.

- To prepare and execute all the marketing related requirement of the Group.

- Good Knowledge of 4 P's ( Product, pricing, Positioning, Promotion)

- Good Knowledge of Market Analysis.

- Expertise in Marketing
