As a member of Lifesight's Digital Marketing team, you will contribute to the growth of our business by increasing our top of the funnel flow, managing our social media, coordinating with our designers, product managers, and other marketers in the team to manage and improve our website, Lifesight platform, create and edit content, launch digital campaigns and shape our overall top of the funnel strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Scale-up user acquisition by efficiently executing performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other digital media platforms.

- Carefully track the performance of email campaigns and optimize them.

- Coordinate with creative, analytics, tech and product teams and manage overall ad operations.

- Support experiments in paid marketing to generate actionable insights.

- Lead our website optimization program to increase demo requests and conversions on pages throughout the marketing website.

- Learn and leverage the latest industry knowledge to determine if relevant trends in web design, user experience, SEO, or conversion best practices should be applied to our own website.

- Regularly review and monitor competitive websites to ensure we are leading in design, usability, and user experience.

- Establish marketing strategy and plans to drive demand generation: account mapping, events/webcasts, email marketing, social & digital paid media, prospecting activities.

Requirements :

- Proven and experienced in guiding the growth and development of a marketing website.

- Organized and can prioritize multiple complex projects in order to meet deadlines.

- Fluent in testing methodologies and has had success in driving significant conversion and revenue growth through experimentation.

- Experienced with website analytics and can distill data into actionable insights.

- Experience with various tools and technology within the marketing tech stack to maximize impact.

- Understanding of your audience, customer-centric, and driven by insights.

- Ability to effectively leverage data to improve decision-making, and highly data-driven and a technically fluent marketer.

- Effective problem-solver, with the ability to leverage customer insights to design your demand campaigns.

- Excellent account-based marketing, event planning, analytics, email, social media, paid, marketing operations, copywriting, and editing skills.
