Assistant Manager - Marketing/Customer Relationship Management - Men's Grooming Products (2-5 yrs)

A well funded startup in space of Men's grooming products is looking to hire an AM - CRM

Location :Delhi

Job Description :

- Lead the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives across all channels (email, push notifications, direct mail, and in app)

- Develop and evolve advanced segmentation strategies that deliver truly personalized marketing programs and exceptional user experiences

- Conduct and analyse experiments to achieve CRM targets

- User Activation, Acceleration, Retention and Resurrection

- Dive deep into customer data to find out target audience, insights for growth related experiments

- Coordination with design, product and tech to ensure momentum for CRM projects

- Own execution of campaigns using various customer engagement tools

- Leverage analytics, data and deep customer insights to identify and execute innovative programs that continually push CRM initiatives to the next level

- Build and maintain a test and learn roadmap and work to continually iterate and optimize CRM efforts in order to increase the effectiveness of all channels

- Lead the design and development of CRM reporting dashboards; establish templates and processes for regularly sharing out CRM progress and results with key stakeholders

- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and innovation that increase the efficiency of marketing channels and enable scale while minimizing cost and overhead

- Manage agency and vendor relationships and continually seek to grow and evolve our capabilities by leveraging new third party systems and partnerships

- Lead the successful launch of CRM initiatives for new products and markets

Requirements :

- Have 2+ years of Marketing experience with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle, purchase habits, loyalty, personalization, and analytics

- Have experience managing all channels (email, push notifications, direct mail, and in app)

- Have experience working with multiple stakeholders(Product, Tech, Ops)

- Have experience applying a data-driven approach to identify, size and prioritize opportunities that drive increased engagement and optimized lifetime value across customer segments

- Have a successful track-record of developing marketing strategies, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets

- Data-driven and understand how to optimize marketing programs to deliver upon overall company goals and metrics

- Possess a strong understanding of consumer mindset and consumer empathy and you have a dedication to great consumer experiences
