Marketing Assistant Manager Chemical Manufacturing Industry


Roles and Responsibilities :

- The growth dimensions identified are Hazardous Chemical Manufacturing Industry. The candidate has to have an ability to understand broad scenarios and decide the actions

- Assisting HOD in preparing the marketing strategy and plan (Pricing policy/new product opportunities)

- Packaging modifications/ brand promotion/distributor network/ channel partners network/ target industry segments/ product samples and technical data sheets updation

- Data management and analysis of the past and the present recent trends.

- Identifying new markets/industries/users and competition to make practical changes on quarterly basis

- To analyze macro factors affecting chemical industry business in India including global factors in different continents and countries

- Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing .

- Should be experienced in deciding strategies, converting into actions and be responsible for targets Ability to network and identifying the connects who will help to grow

- Understanding of the changing market scenario's and competitive pressures in Medical device industry world wide will be an added advantage

- Should have proven himself/herself with an achievement of ambitious growth repeatedly preferably in international markets

- Should have travelled extensively ( Having valid US visa is preferred ) and should be willing to travel as needed

- Should be team player and should display leadership qualities

- Should be target oriented, self starter

- Preparing sales & marketing plans for promoting various products in accordance with macro plans of the company. Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals through the demonstration of initiative and proactive behavior with a focus on adding value to bottom line.

- Driving Business Growth strategies across Chemical Industry Markets.

- Develop strategic customer acquisition and retention plans to drive profitable growth.

- Contribute to the executive leadership of the overall business as an active member of the core executive team. Research on market trends and work with both internal and external stakeholders and industry experts to proactively build capabilities

- Manage and execute Lead Generation, Customer Retention & Branding Campaigns in coordination with internal teams and external partners (agencies)

- Campaign Planning (Planning, Budgeting, Calendar Finalization & Innovations).

- Analyzing market, competition & consumer behavior to deliver insights & inputs into communication planning & development.

- Measure, analyze, and report on the ROI of every campaign and its overall contribution to marketing growth in terms of leads, pipeline generated, revenue, and overall customer experience.

- Optimize the performance of all marketing systems like website and blogs through experimentation with customized landing pages, CTAs, layouts, look-n-feel, and A/B testing.

- Performance Management through by generating reports across campaigns & initiatives and taking appropriate measure proactively.

- Forecasting of business performance, Benchmarking, process analysis, communication, change management and strategy.)

- Product management by identifying the underlying resources and customer requirement to enable functions/channels to design and implement initiatives to provide better customer experience.

- Manage the entire Customer Life Cycle journey - acquisition, activation, revenue maximization and retention. Define growth initiatives across all channels - digital marketing, alliance partnerships, and offline.

- Effectively manage CRM by segmenting them by relevant attributes and recommending best in Class offerings through communication via digital push across Social Media, Notifications, E-mails, and Newsletters& Product Catalogue etc.

- Create sales collaterals including presentations, case studies and other promotional material. Implementing Innovative SEO Strategy, Influencer marketing and Agile Marketing across various platforms. Demonstrate leadership skills by mentoring the Sales & marketing team, provide timely support and enabling them to upscale

- Financials, Profitability & Budgetary Control

- Achieve Market Share, bottom-line targets, top line & profitability.

- Operational Budgetary controls for cost and profit management.

- Allocation of financial resources in line with business objectives and market potential.

- Evaluate investments through ROI analysis.

- Building Brands / Therapy

- Identification of pain points/ opportunity areas through critical & thorough analysis of sales, Rx and allied data, define optimal objectives & formulate effective strategies for brands/ therapies/ sub therapies New product launches/ venture into new therapeutic segments.

- Create impactful communication and campaign to build brands and therapies/ sub therapies.

- Improve Specialty Coverage and Therapy Focus.

- Analyze market conditions and forecast sales and market share.

- From conceptualization to implementation of innovative and creative Business Solutions to grow market/prescription base.

- Align SBU/ Vertical goals to organizational goals as measured by broad plans/ therapy plans.

- Work effectively with creative agencies as partners, to develop differentiated and impactful brand/ therapy campaigns along with respective team members.

- Ensure quality and timely delivery/execution of campaign collaterals/inputs/activities to field force, facilitate implementation & monitor impact/ ROI.

- Conduct research as per the brand need (analyze customer behavior, perception- attribute mapping etc.) and design strategies accordingly.

- Undertake feasibility analysis/ market research for new opportunities.

- Develop and implement Annual Operating Plan for vertical & assigned countries.

- Arrangement of Annual Budget Meeting

- Actively drive engagement with sales team - conduct briefing and other sales meetings to drive the implementation & excitement.
