Assistant Manager - Marketing at OysterConnect is a team management & Content Strategy role where you will be responsible for driving and building OysterConnect's Marketing & Branding Function. At OysterConnect, we have 3 main target segments - Students & Freelancers, Campuses, and Corporates. Each member of the Marketing Team is responsible for specific target segments and platforms such as B2C, B2B, Content Marketing, Campaigns & Affiliates and Digital Marketing. You will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy for all 3 user segments and the management of all Marketing Associates working on each of them.

Following will be your key responsibilities :

User Acquisition & Lead Generation :

- Achieve continuous growth in OysterConnect's students & freelancers user base by running strategic promotional campaigns on various channels.

- Ensure fulfillment of requisite number of applications for our Client Partner Projects & Internships via innovative use of Marketing and other outreach channels/ ideas.

- Plan & Design strategic Social Media campaigns & daily features for OysterConnect's Social Media Pages to increase Social Media followership & virality.

- Build Events, Programs, Sponsorships and Partnerships to leverage specific trends & seasonalities to generate brand awareness and growth.

- Partner with Influencers, Affiliates, Campuses, Associations, etc. on various platforms to garner brand visibility & users from their networks.

Content Marketing & User Engagement :

- Derive methods of getting user generated content and use the same creatively to increase OysterConnect's ratings and followership.

- Build strategic Web content like Blogs, Videos, Landing Pages to improve engagement on OysterConnect's Website, Mobile App and Blog Site.

- Create strategic content for marketing, lead generation & user engagement in the form of Blogs/ White Papers/ Case Studies/ etc.

- Analyse and identify specific target segments and build interesting mailers to engage and generate business from them.

Analytics & Innovation :

- Conduct continuous analysis of all marketing campaigns via Google Analytics to ensure the targeted output in terms of user growth and goal conversions.

- Research and Partner with marketing platforms/ vendors/ softwares to drive, automate and build efficiencies in specific aspects of the Marketing department such as Chats, Dashboards, CRMs, Creative Tools & Softwares, etc.

- Work closely with the Product Team to ensure engaging content, design and layouts for maximum engagement of visitors.
