Position Asst. Manager/ Manager Sponsorship Sales

Reporting to National Head Sponsorship

Location Mumbai ( Ghatkopar West )

Job Role

- Responsible for garnering sponsorship revenue from prospective sponsors based in the region

Specific Responsibilities

- Identifying potential industry partners for Company Mumbai followed by Company Delhi.

- Working on a customized pitch for the clients basis their brand brief by interacting with the content and projects team

- Design & Execute strategies for generating sponsorship revenue for the company

- Closing the deal with the sponsor

- Ensure seamless execution of the project post closure by engaging with the client on a regular basis and updating them on developments on a regular basis

- Identify short format revenue opportunities with existing or new clients who want to come on board but have limited budgets.

- Follow up on collection of initial investment, yearly fees and remodeling fees

- Present additional opportunities to potential industry partners with the purpose of attaining additional income to the Company

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Education: Marketing and or Business Administration Major. Ideally with graduate studies in marketing and sales [8-10 years of work experience]

Qualifications & experience:

- 5-7 years of experience selling sponsorships/concepts

- Proven record of delivering on targets

- Experience in concept selling

- Identify, conceptualize (along with content/ marketing team) and pitch short format revenue options to clients across a annual calendar

- In-depth knowledge of brands and clients handled

- Excellent client relations and networking

- Focus on customer service

Personal characteristics:

- Proactive with initiative and drive

- Excellent Communication skills

- Results oriented

- Negotiation abilities

- Ability to work under pressure

- Events

- Independent Brand Consultancy

- Boutique Agencies like Aidem, Globosport, IMG etc.

- Banking/Finance/Wealth Management (Relationship Managers of HNIs)
