Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales - Office Space (2-12 yrs)

Job Location : Mumbai
Job Profile :
- Sourcing from Corporates for business for Commercial Sales (Office Space sales)
- Relationship with IPC / Brokers
- Lead Generation through Local Channel Partners (CP)
- Site visit with client and CP
- Inter dept co-ordinations
Note : This is Saturday And Sunday Working Profile. Monday will be an Off.
- Evaluate commercial space requirements and trends in the market
- Identify prospects, understand various companies requirements, develop clients network and service their requirements
- Recruit & grow leasing channels, and interact with them on a regular basis for market information and provide them details of our company's commercial projects
- Develop & maintain relationships, and network building with IPCs and corporate clients
- Handle transactions queries from potential clients & investors, and conduct site inspections & follow-ups
- Market and execute commercial property deals with guidance from Heads
