Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales - Logistics (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

- Lead generation

- Conversion of leads into paying customer

- Closely work with internal team to propose the best possible solution to the customer

- Ensure minimum EBITDA based on management discussion

- Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Revenue and EBITDA targets

- Liaising with commercial to generate bill

- Timely collection of payment from the customer

- Account management: Engage with the client for providing better services and identify opportunities to grow business with the customer

- Responsible for identifying vendors in their respective region who can be our partners in business growth

The following skill sets, we feel, will be required to fulfil the requirements of the role:-

- Knowledge of the FTL transportation operations experience of 2-3 years in the same field will be valuable and an MBA will be an added advantage.

- Good networking skills

- Team Spirit

- Business Acumen

Desired Candidate Profile :

- He/She must be from the logistics industry preferably from 3PL leading companies.

- He/She must have 3-5 years industry experience of selling FTL transport to the customers.

- Must have strong communication skill

- Should be willing to make suspect/cold calls

- Salary range should be 5-7 lakhs based on the experience and skill
