Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales - IT Staffing (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Add new customers with the explicit focus of growing revenue for the company.
- Adding new clients for IT Staffing.
- Work closely with global customers having captives in India.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Managing existing key customer accounts.
- Writes formal responses to RFQ/RFPs.
Requirements :
- Good experience in IT Staffing Business
- Good presentation and communication skills
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fields is advantageous.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
