Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales/Business Development - BPO (4-6 yrs)

1. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies

2. Building business relationships with current and potential clients

3. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)

4. Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

5. Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences

6. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

7. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process

8. Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals

9. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software

10. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

11. Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding any concerns.

Some travel is expected for this position.

Preferred Education and Experience :

1. Minimum a bachelor's degree with at least 4+ years of experience

2. Customer service experience in a call center setting.

Salary Range - B/w 2.00 LPA-4.5 LPA
