- We become an important requirement for the Business Development Manager. As a part of a team, you will be effective in taking in new clients and quickly improving the quantity of new business for the company.


Roles And Responsibilities :

- Recruit Business associates and advisors

- Ensuring the right placement as per the process

- Strategic planning to target the right set of agents

- Training and development of agents.

- Showing them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.

- Accountable for income generation and achievement of business marks.

- Tack a follow-up of the given lead

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. How much salary can I expect ?

- You can expect a minimum salary of 3.00 LPA and can go up to 3.75 LPA .The salary offered will depend on your skills, experience, and performance in the interview.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Any Sales.

2. What is the eligibility criteria to apply for this job ?

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing and beneficial if having BFSI

- Graduation is compulsory

- Local Candidate of that particular locality .
