Salary Range: - 5 lacs - 8 Lacs p.a depending on the candidature and position.
Job Purpose:
- Plan, develop, execute and monitor all marketing, advertising, promotional activities in line with the marketing strategy and organizational objectives helping achieve the branch sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base and to optimize sales (Primary focus on lead generation and database management)
- Executing tie-ups, Promotional Activities and events in markets for primary lead generation
- Undertaking promotional activities to ensure brand visibility and awareness in existing and new markets leading to lead generation and business outcomes
- Manage promoter and lead funnel.
- Vendor Management, interfacing with creative and production agencies
- Manage the marketing department budget for the branch
- Designing and producing marketing collaterals where needed
- Oversee corporate communications and other business development activities for the branch
