Reporting to Institutional Sales

Main Purpose Of Job :

In line with the broader organizational objective the Manager has to build a strong asset book in assigned market. New client acquisitions will be the main focus .

Key Accountabilities :

(Project phase):

1. Acquiring new clients across Segments Like Banks /Cooperative Banks, Mid level Corporates, and SMEs

2. Managing Few Existing Institutional Clients in assigned Market and strengthening the relationship with the CFO's and Treasury Heads of Corporate.

3. Building strong institutional book by offering product suite in line with the investment objective of these corporate.

4. To establish a sound business environment for the organization in the geographical region sale

5. Should be a strong go getter in terms acquiring new clients

Key Customers :

- Corporates

- Banks and Financial Institutions

- SME 's

Experience & Qualifications : MBA with minimum 6-8 years of work experience.

NISM certification compulsory.

Experience in Corporate Banking catering to FIGs

- Exposure to M.F industry will be added advantage.

- Product knowledge.

- Market knowledge / extensively networked.

- Key account management skills.

- Should have an eye for detail.

- Should be ready to expand job portfolio horizontally.
