Assistant Manager/Manager - Digital Marketing (3-10 yrs)
Our Clients are a well-established Life Insurance Company. They are a joint venture between diversified financial services conglomerate in India and one of the oldest life insurance companies in the world. Headquartered at Mumbai.
Role : Assistant Manager/Manager - Digital Marketing.
Purpose: To manage Performance Marketing Campaigns & optimize costs for new acquisition and remarketing.
Role and responsibilities:
- To ideate and create digital marketing campaigns.
- To own the lead to business generation funnel for online business.
- To analyze data and MIS to improve campaign performance.
- To manage agency relationships end to end.
- To provide actionable insights on user behavior for campaigns using analytics.
- To manage monthly budget and ensure timely payments of vendors.
- To streamline campaigns with Call Center, Content & Platform teams to achieve business goals.
- To collaborate with Organization Stakeholders like Product, Compliance & Brand Teams to enhance campaign reach.
- Run Campaigns to ensure High Quality Contactable Leads over 70%.
- Reduce overall COA by 15% along with improving Lead to conversions.
Education & Experience :
- Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in running digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in Google Adwords, Programmatic, Native & Google Analytics.
- Exposure to Adobe platforms, CRM would be an added plus
