GyFTR is the largest enabler and aggregator of Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Micro mini payments for 125 + brands like Levis, Flipkart, Marks and Spencer, Dominos etc. GyFTR is the market leader owning 60% of the market share as per numbers with a footprint covering 90% space. The company has grown more than 150% on year-on-year basis for last 3 years.
We are looking for experienced Client Servicing professionals to create and maintain a strong working rapport with each client, to increase customer retention and to meet their expectations.
- Improve client service /experience and facilitate organic growth
- Understand client needs and provide conceptual solutions
- Take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Build relationships with clients while ensuring that the team meets client commitments
- Complete the on-boarding formalities for the client and make them live in the system
- Align client expectation with team deliveries.
- 1-6 years of work experience as a customer service representative or assistant manager
- Time management and planning skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Confident and Proficient in English
- Customer service orientation
