- On-boarding session: journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India. Training under the best: Spend time with the GM/AGM of Offline Expansion to get up-to-speed on product, marketing, sales strategies and negotiation skills.
By Day 30 :
- Drive engagement: Help in generating qualified leads. Maintain Toppr's brand identity through a sustainable community of students, parents, teachers and schools.
- Hosting review meetings: Be a part of daily calls with current leaders. Hold individual pipeline review meetings and weekly team meetings.
Day 90 :
- City Level Ownership: Own the city level growth, promotions and marketing across channels. Build your own team: Opportunity to build your own team of Freelancers, Interns, data coordinators to establish Toppr as the leading E-Learning education brand in the city for K12.
Education: B.Com/BMS or equivalent from a reputed college.
Experience: Min 5+ year of experience in B2B sales and BTL marketing & minimum 2 years experience in Team Handling.
- Connections with a range of schools or previous experience in Institutional sales is a plus, Must have around 500+ school contacts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communicator and relationship builder. You have worked collaboratively with marketing and product teams.
- Responsibility: Taken ownership of city-level data being in a revenue-driven role.
- Kannada Fluency is not Mandatory.
- Must have own bike and laptop.
- Weekly off will be on Sundays. We have a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy.
