Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Development (2-3 yrs)
Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Location : Raipur, Bilaspur, Korba, Ambikapur, Bhilai
CTC : Up to 3.00 LPA + Incentives + Bonus + Other Benefits
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train and motivate the team members
- Provide leads to the team members
- Handling queries of clients via calls
- Provide training to the team members for improving their performance
- Preparing the weekly and monthly reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Establishing strong relationships with clients and team members
- Provide sales support to the clients and adviser
- Give information about new products
- Giving sales presentations to the clients
- Developing the business
Skill Required :
