Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 6-8 years
Must-Have: Minimum 2 years of work experience in luxury sales across Hyderabad.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Client servicing experience in Luxury Sales/Luxury Hospitality/Big 4 Consulting with existing relationships of clients and partner network
- Excellent Communication Skills along with body Language written & verbal
- Experience in commercial transactions would be an added advantage
- A key objective is to contribute to the net brokerage goals of primary Commercial Transactions business across projects mandated and non-mandated
- Acquiring clients from self -generated and third-party leads
- Identify and understand client needs clearly
- Articulate communication skills are a must
- Self-driven and proactive attitude towards assigned goals
- Ability and willingness to engage well at all stages of sales process
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for achieving desired primary transaction revenue goals as an individual contributor. Being an effective solution provider to the CXOs, HNI/UHNI segment by acquiring such clients and helping them with space decisions end to end. Ability to establish and maintain active relations with landowners & developers will be crucial for success..
- Achieving revenue targets in assigned project both ongoing as well as mandates
- Assume key transaction responsibilities for strategic clients and provide advice on client transactions.
- Conduct market benchmarking and survey to understand feasibility for sales opportunities at the project and client level
- Conduct market calls, preview space option sheets, develop fact sheets and tour books, and gather photos and floor plans
- Mapping client needs to appropriate projects with a consultative approach with the end goal of monetizing such needs to the organization's benefit
- Consistent engagement through meetings, tele-calling and site inspections to create predictable pipelines on an ongoing basis
- Participate in exhibitions, marketing campaigns and several other sales origination activities to create an effective brand presence, sales closures and networking
- Representing the organization in different forums, as and when necessary
- Hire and manage co-brokers for selected lease transactions as required.
- Review lease documents and write lease summaries and abstracts, and review other materials as part of the due diligence process.
