- As an Assistant Manager/Junior Manager in Performance Marketing, you will be managing Google and Facebook advertising campaigns.
What you will do :
- Managing the execution of Google and Facebook advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with strategic objectives
- Optimizing campaigns for maximum results, leveraging your expertise in marketing automation platforms
- Utilizing marketing technology tools such as Salesforce and MixPanel
- Clearly articulating findings and recommendations to various audience types, both verbally and in written or presentation form
- Preparing comprehensive reports on campaign performance across paid channels, conducting in-depth data analysis
- Demonstrating advanced proficiency in Excel, including but not limited to high-speed keyboard usage, advanced V-lookup, H-Lookup, Slicer, Pivot, and linking sheets
- Thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility in managing multiple tasks and priorities
What you need to have :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Google and Facebook advertising
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Desirable Skills :
- Completion of an advanced course in Excel and Power Point presentation
- Proficiency in using shortcut keys and high-speed keyboard operations
- Familiarity with advanced Excel functions such as Macros, MS-SharePoint, Power BI, or VB
