Assistant Manager - Inside Sales - Freight Forwarding (2-4 yrs)
We are recruiting an Asst Manager - Inside Sales for our client, a leading Indian freight forwarding company.
In this exciting role, the incumbent will support an Asian geography.
Responsibilities:
1. Introducing the organization to various network members.
2. Identifying potential overseas agents (prospective customers) having business from the said geography.
3. Engaging prospective customers through VC, rate circulation, updates etc.
4. Offering the company's services to prospective customers.
5. Getting the customers on board.
6. Coordinating with various departments like operations, customer service, accounts to maintain desired service levels to the customers.
7. Maintaining relationships with the existing customers.
8. Taking reports from the system and reporting to the management.
9. Travelling to various conferences and overseas as and when required.
Location: Delhi, work from office. 6 days week.
Qualification:
1. Good communication skills
2. Prior relevant Inside Sales experience
3. Experience in freight forwarding is a plus
