JD is as Follows :

Qualification - DME / Graduate With Diploma / Masters (MBA) in Marketing

Previous Experience - At least 2- 3 years in marketing of industrial tools / industrial gases (like industrial gases, grinding wheel, cutting wheel, welding rods etc)

Work Area - Entire Pune District (Industrial areas like Chakan, Ranjangaon, Shirwal, PCMC, Talegaon, Nagar Road, Hadapsar, Kurkumbha)

Means of conveyance: Candidate having own 2/4 wheelers only apply, conveyance expenses shall be given as per company policy

CTC : 2.50 lacs per annum + sales incentives

Job Profile of Asst. Manager Marketing

- To keep in regular touch with important customers & continuously gather market information

- To generate new enquiries, prepare & submit quotations in consultation with Sr. Manager & management, follow up for order & inform the distribution incharge for deliveries after the order is received

- To submit a report of new orders received on a weekly basis.

- To make sure that payments from customers are received as per the due dates & in accordance with the collection targets

- To follow up for collection of associate employees & help them in case they have problem with any matter

- To ensure that proper tracking is maintained at those customers where we have multiple suppliers & ensure that our share of business is not diluted in any way.

- To identify slow rotation customers in co-ordination with the cylinder control officer & speak to such customers for reduction of their holding.

- To assist the management in forming marketing policy for the products & services of the company
