Assistant Manager - Immigration Sales (2-6 yrs)
- Set up student mentorship team & working with product team to help build the solution.
- Mentors will help aspirants understand and achieve success in their study abroad dream.
- Mentors will not be involved in sales but will help guide students and connect with relevant people.
Ideal Profile :
1. Great understanding of study abroad, mostly about college admissions and processes.
2. Should have 2+ years experience in Admissions abroad
Month 1 to 3 :
- Help set up the product of mentoring aspirants and manage few aspirants as an Individual contributor.
- Please note that candidate must be comfortable with being an individual contributor.
Month 3 to 6 :
- Scale team and improve quality. Hire right set of people and build a team of 5-10 Mentors
Qualification :
- Post graduation preferred.
- Should have good understanding on study abroad market.
- Should have atleast 2+ years of experience.
