Assistant Manager - Fund Raising - Retail (0-3 yrs)
Assistant Manager - Fund Raising
- Pitching investment / franchise model to various capital investors and sourcing new avenues
- The profile requires working closely with the leadership team and support functions in order to achieve set strategic objectives, multitasking, ability to conceptualize, follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of strategy aligned prospects and provide high-quality account management with an aim to maximize fund generation and relationship longevity.
- Documentation for Capital raising with investors, structuring and negotiating investment terms
- Coordination with the expansion team for time bound execution
- Conceptualize, prepare and present tailored solutions for investor meetings and brand communication
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Passionate & excellent interpersonal, inter-cultural communication skills and relationship building skills
- Experience of working in startups for fundraising & documentation etc. is desirable
Compensation offered - 5-6 LPA plus incentives based on capital raised
