Assistant Manager - Education Products Sales (1-3 yrs)

Job Description:

To maximize sales of educational products of NSE Academy and be a key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Also to be involved in coordination and administration of various courses run on its own or in association with Colleges, Institutes as a part of educational tie-ups or financial literacy initiatives. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

Selling products to every lead forwarded by the marketing department.

Highlighting the USP of the products and persuading the prospective candidates to take up the courses.

Repeated follow ups to fill the batch

Multiple meetings, counseling, follow-ups to get the revenue from the candidates

Scanning the media for RFPs where NSE Academy can tender

Scanning the business environment to generate new ideas of getting business

Coordinate with Colleges, Institute to collaborate with NSE for Short term educational courses.

Supervise processes related to tie-ups like preparation of Agreements, monitoring the progress of the course, scheduling of examinations etc.

Undertake timely review of all the tie-ups undertaken (through preparation of MIS)

Build and develop long term relationship with Colleges, Institute.

Coordinate, monitor, and review content development for new modules and workbooks.

Finalize and Print the workbooks, processing of payments to the content developers/reviewers

Coordinate with the appointed content developer to develop content for identified new modules, as per guidelines specified by NSE.

Prepare / liaison for the module developer agreement and the necessary approval notes for authorization by AVP.

Coordinate development, preparation, printing, and launch of the new module(s).

Co-ordinate with organization e.g. NISM / FPSB / IMS Pro School for the workbook/question bank.

Prepare the necessary approval notes / IOMs for authorization by AVP.

Co-ordinate for printing and launch of the new module(s) or revision of existing modules.

Organise lectures on various products of NSE Academy Limited.

Screening Lecturers and coordination the selection of lecturers.

Co-ordinate and assist in conducting awareness sessions for colleges, high schools, and general public - Visit NSE programs

Co-ordinate with partner institutions to create new programs e.g. Finance course run by NSE-MKCL

Co-ordinate with Manipal University regarding training programs - schedule, revenue sharing, certificates.

Create and circulate monthly reports to partner organizations and internal departments

Coordinate fee sharing activity and processing of payments

Maintain detailed trackers and enter all data into the system.

Various other operational activities ancillary to the above activities.

Expertise in converting information into training content.

Exposure to the education industry.

Experience: Essential - 1-3 years experience in organizations like Triumphant Institute of Management Education Pvt. Ltd. (T.I.M.E.), NIIT, Educomp solution, IL&FS etc.. having experience in selling Educational products.

Qualification :- MBA - Finance / Marketing

Gender- Male

Reports to Functionally: AVP- SBU Education

Reports to Administratively: AVP - SBU Education

Working hours/days:-9:30am to 6:30pm/5days

Location: Mumbai

Required Experience: 1-3 yrs
