Assistant Manager - Direct Channel - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
Job Description :
As a Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility would be to manage and expand the company's relationship with existing customers and acquire new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers and potential customers to drive business growth.
- Identifying new business opportunities by analysing market trends and customer needs.
- Conducting regular customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Handling customer queries and complaints and resolving them effectively.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Must have min 1 year Life Insurance Sales Experience
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a team and individually.
- Knowledge of insurance products and the insurance industry
