Role Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of our platform and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.

- The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign

Responsibilities:

- Lead generation for SMEs & Enterprise

- Online source ecosystem management

- Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

- Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media

- Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns

- Oversee social media strategy

- Manage and maintain the organization's website(s). Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of the website(s)- keyword, image optimization etc.

- Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts

- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion

- Fix any errors or bugs in online content

- Write copy for email marketing campaigns

- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing

- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies:

- Bachelors degree, preferably in marketing or a professional marketing qualification

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of overall experience with at least 4 to 6 years of digital marketing experience in Contact Centre industry

- Proven experience in digital communications and marketing. Experience or a qualification in graphic design can be helpful

- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM

- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in English and additional language is a huge plus

- Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies. Ability to connect with clients by phone, e-mail, social network and meetings face by face;

- Track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision makers

- Skills and experience in creative content writing

- Analytical mindset and critical thinking

- Must have MSOffice knowledge

- Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job

- Speaking skills: These will mainly be deployed internally. You will need to be able to explain coherently to others, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital technologies work and what their marketing application is

- Web development skills: A digital marketing executive is not a software developer, but you will need sound knowledge of HTML/JavaScript, strong knowledge of search engine optimization and advanced Word and Powerpoint skills

- Video editing skills: Website and social media content will not just be text but frequently visual as well

- Project management skills: Digital marketing executives also need to be good at multi-tasking and handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines
