Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing - Fintech Firm (3-6 yrs)

Marketing Manager role is responsible for connecting stakeholders through tested online and offline strategies. Reaching the right set of customers, understanding their needs and wants, supply of goods and services to meet their requirements and carrying out after sales service that leads to customer satisfaction and repeat purchase/sales

II. Key Accountabilities And Deliverables :

- Responsible for designing and executing online and offline marketing strategies for our customers and partners.

- Design, develop and execute marketing strategy to on-board and engage customers

- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns to achieve brand and operational goals

- Organize events and workshops to onboard and engage customers and partners

- Track and generate feedback from the market

- Report performance and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders

- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation

- Prepare/coordinate with external agencies to create marketing activity material, reports and metrics for measuring program success

- Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends

- Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database, tracking capability, global contact directory, and intranet sites

- Attend knowledge sessions through workshops, research and seminars and share best practices and local marketing ideas and tactics with team

- Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

- Prepare/communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion

- Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists

- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed

- Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.

III. Candidate Profile :

Educational Qualifications : Management degree in marketing, advertising, or communications

Experience : 3 to 6 years of overall experience in online/ offline marketing

Knowledge/Skills required :

- Past work experience in a marketing role

- Proficiency with traditional and social media/digital marketing

- Experience with research using data analytics software

- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills

- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and CRM tools

- Working knowledge of HTML, design and email software

- Experience working with budgets and forecasting
