Assistant Manager - Digital Content - eCommerce (1-3 yrs)
- The main responsibility is to maintain and manage the e-commerce website.
- Add new SKUs to the website or remove inactive/outdated SKUs.
- Keep the content fresh, execute promotions and offers
- Respond to queries from customers of the website
- Manage a Library of digital Photographs (upload, re-size, crop)
- Maintain consistency of images and digital content and be able to convert from one file format to another.
- Be the point of contact with other Vendors (Content Writers, Photographers, SEO and digital marketing vendors)
- Must be comfortable in written and spoken English. Have knowledge of the e-comm space, with 1-2 years experience
- We need someone innovative, passionate and digitally strong who can be the custodian of our websites and keep - them top in class.
- Must be familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Excel, Magento 1.9 and 2.0.
