Tasks /Area of Responsibility :
- Support Head - Sales & Marketing in developing and implementing Sales and Marketing Strategy.
- Work together with colleagues from Design & Development / Programme management departments to speed-up time to market for new products and sales strategy for the same.
- Responding to client RFQ's and quotation preparation
- Prepare cost break-down structure for products in consultation with Controlling and D&D.
- Support clients / internal quality audits
- Payments / Credit limits tracking and payments follow-up with clients
- Customer relationship management
- Preparing sales and marketing budgets, coordination with sales companies, coordination with various KAM's at inter company in Germany/Austria and other locations
- Analysis of sales & marketing data in the markets and deriving measures for the further development of critical programs and products.
- Tracking of the Gross margin and priorities need for the price hike with the customers
- Prepare and participate in industry seminars and exhibitions
- Visit clients for the business acquisition
- Prepare product or company presentations for clients
- Maintain good coordination with operations and quality departments
- Competitor's analysis /intelligence and how to increase compny's SOB (Share of Business) with key accounts/clients
- Import/Export strategy development
- Take appointments and prepare visits/meeting plans for seniors/foreign colleagues/MD with various clients
