Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Service Sales (4-8 yrs)
Job Purpose :
To have full responsibilities on AM Contracts, Customer data & contract management, Billing & collection of Maintenance Service sales, parts sales, facilities, modernization jobs etc.
Contracts Management :
Prepare AMC contracts plan yearly and ensure on-time renewal Service sale agreements
Billing & Collection :
Responsible for billing of AMC invoices in liaise with Finance team and also to collect payments from Client.
Client Management :
To establish good rapport with all clients and ensure smooth flow of maintenance contracts & services.
Quality objective :
To liaise with Zonal Maintenance team and achieve good & quality Service & Responses to Clients
Customer Satisfaction :
Timely coordination with customer and timely response to keep the customer satisfied
Candidate should be :
4~8 years- experience in Elevator Maintenance / Modernization / Service Sales Dept.
Service Sales (Asst. Manager/ Dy. manager) - PAN India
Qualification: Engineering/ Diploma graduate or above
Location : Mumbai
Exp required : 4-8 yrs of relevant exp
Preferred industry - Elevators
