Designation and salary:

1. Assistant Manager - Business Development

Salary : Rs. 39000/- per month

Experience : 4 to 6 years

2. Deputy Manager - Business Development

Salary : Rs. 48000/- per month

Experience : 6 to 8 years

3. Manager - Business Development

Salary: Rs. 55000/- per month

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Location: Hyderabad and Chennai

Qualification: Minimum Graduate

Role and Responsibility:

- Strong experience in CHANNEL sales in the real estate industry

- experience in Real Estate Sales/Apartment/Villas Channel Sales (Individual Contributor)

- Experience in generating new leads through channels/Agents in real estate

- Able to meet more channel partners and attach channel partners as per the monthly target

- Motivate the channel partners/achieve the sales targets

- Able to sign/negotiate with all the channel partners and comply as per the SLA/agreement

- Follow up on each lead and convert it into sales

- Ability to generate and convert the leads to sales

- Should have strong experience in sales closure

- Having knowledge of the local property market and experience of property pricing to find homes that match their client's needs

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options

- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions

- Should guide the team in following the company's policy, system, software & reports, etc

- Updating all necessary information in the ERP

- Delivering reports to the Management

- Should be a Go-Getter, Team Leader, and Target Oriented

- Always Customer Focused with good Analytical Skills

- Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills

- Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
