WE HAVE VACANCIES AS Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager and Manager

4 - 12 + years experience in Real Estate Sales/Apartment/Villas Channel Sales (Individual Contributor)

Place of work: Site as assigned

Frequent Travelling Required / Adaptive to work on weekend

1) Strong experience in CHANNEL sales in real estate industry

2) Experience in generating new leads through channels/Agents in real estate.

3) Able to meet more channel partners and attach channel partners as per the monthly target.

4) Motivate the channel partners/achieve the sales targets.

5) Able to sign/negotiate with all the channel partners and comply as per the SLA/agreement.

6) Follow up each lead and convert it into sales.

7) Ability to generate and convert the leads to sales.

8) Should have strong experience in sales closure.

9) Having knowledge of the local property market and experience of property pricing to find homes that match their clients needs.

10) Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

11) Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

12) Should guide the team in following the company's policy, system, software & reports etc

13) Updating all necessary information in the ERP

14) Delivering reports to the Management

15) Should be a Go Getter, Team Leader and Target Oriented

16) Always Customer Focused with good Analytical Skills

17) Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills

18) Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
