Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager - B2B Sales - Consumer Appliance (7-15 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1) Prospect and identify potential B2B customers within the target market segment for consumer appliances.

2) Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and expand distribution network.

3) Lead the onboarding process for new distributors, providing training, support, and necessary resources to enable their success.

4) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective product positioning and customer satisfaction.

6) Identify and evaluate potential distributor partners, assessing their capabilities and alignment with our business goals.

7) Work closely with distributors to develop joint business plans, establish sales targets, and track performance against objectives.

8) Provide ongoing support to distributors, including regular communication, sales coaching, and resolving any issues or concerns.

9) Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- 7 to 15 years of experience required in sales.

- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the consumer appliance industry.

- Strong knowledge of consumer appliances, their features, and market trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, distributors, and effectively present product information.

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals.

- Experience in distributor management and onboarding is highly desirable.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.

- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
