Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Digital CRM (5-8 yrs)

- We are currently hiring an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager to handle CRM Marketing for a globally well known fast fashion retail brand. Position is based in Gurgaon and we are looking at only those candidates with experience in Adobe CRM Tools and have stable experience. Frequent job changes should avoid applying to this position.
Key responsibilities :
Key responsibility of this role includes :
1. Responsible for developing and executing end-to-end CRM strategies to convert new users to first order, and continually engage and retain them throughout their lifecycle
2. Leverage marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that maximise customer retention and acquisition.
3. Manage creation and execution of email marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals for assigned work flows. Whilst always analysing the results of each.
4. Establish, report on, and improve KPIs for all campaigns / communications.
5. Create content and launch automated campaigns using our internal and external tools.
6. Manage promotion calendar and content for app notifications, emailers and newsletter and other 1-1 marketing channels
7. Work with agencies and vendor and build and maintain good relationships
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in handling CRM for a marketing company
- Hands on experience and knowledge of SQL and using CRM tools such as clevertap, abobe
- Very strong analytics skills and ability to take out insights
- Agile and be quick to change and adapt and has a bias for action
- Flexibility and will to proactively reach to other business areas, not to stay in specialized area, to resolve company issues
- Be able to think creatively and problem solve
