Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - CRM - Real Estate (5-7 yrs)
- Candidate must have minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Real Estate, preferably with CAT A/CAT B builders

Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for handling customers end-to-end post sales right from giving welcome call till hand over
- Ability to handle customers well & ensure quick conversions of booking to agreements
- Follow the process of the Organization, liaise with legal & fianc- team and ensure agreements are completed within the TAT time
- Liaise with the customers & bankers/home loan executive for getting home loan sanctions, completing documentation & disbursements from bank
- Co-ordinate with sales teams regularly for bookings that need help
- Ensure to address all customer queries within the TAT
- Co-ordinate with concern team/executive for registration
- Maintain all data/MIS
