Assistant Manager - Customer Service Operations (5-12 yrs)
The candidate should be currently at an Assistant Manager designation with Team Leaders reporting to him/her.
- Outbound Sales (Tele-Sales) Experience is a must, no upselling & customer service.
- Team Size - Should be handling a team of 60-80 associates with at least 3-4 Team Leaders reporting to him.
- The maximum budget for this position would go up to 8 LPA, depending on the Last CTC though. (20% hike on the last drawn or 8 LPA, whichever is lower).
