Job Description :

- Company offers an online mutual funds distribution platform for retail investors as well as independent financial advisers in India. Some of the services provided include in-house research and global perspectives, access to expert opinions from the industry and more importantly, an online account allowing them to invest in mutual funds.

Job Title : Asst. Manager - Customer Service - Financial Service Industry - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- Ensure smooth operations within the company with a focus to improve company efficiency

- Ensure query resolution within TAT by coordinating with internal / external parties

- Receive calls from and make outbound calls to clients to understand their queries and help in resolution

- Conduct root-cause analysis of client queries and find corrective / preventive action

- Help clients with possible solution by understanding the regulatory framework and operation workflow

- Conduct period calls with clients on pending queries / escalations

- Prepare weekly data for clients giving comparative analysis of total transactions processed, margin of error, status of open queries etc.

- Prepare and maintain query master for each client

- Ensure queries are not repeated by implementing permanent solution

- Liaise with RnTs and AMCs with regards to orders and other operational matters

- Assist in implementing procedures to streamline the Operations daily work and improve efficiencies and revising of workflows

- Propose new enhancement and products of existing system

- Any other duties as assigned to you

Key Skills : 


- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Able to effectively work under tight deadlines

- Manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment

Mandatory :

- Broad knowledge in equity and mutual funds and other financial products

Industry : Financial Service Industry Preferred

Gender : Open

Experience : 5-8 years of relevant experience in a broad range of sales support related roles in the financial industry

Job Location : Goregaon East, Mumbai

Working Days : 5 days

Qualification : Post Graduate/Graduate Degree in Commerce

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days
