Position: Asst Manager- Customer Relations


Skil l: Candidate should have good communication and technical know how to solve the customer issues.

Experience: 5 - 7 yrs.

Gender Preference: Male/Female

Education: Graduate in any discipline. Preference will be given to technical qualification like Diploma/BE in Electronics/ Instrumentation/Telecommunication

Summary of the profile :

Asst. Manager - Customer Relations will act as a liaison between the company and the customer for after sales service, renewal of AMC, generate opportunities for Secondary sales, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibility :

- Customer focused, self-driven/ self-motivated

- Pleasant mode of communication with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face.

- Maintaining a detailed data base of the existing clients

- Updating records continuously for AMCs and service related information

- Client visit for maintaining business relations with clients for AMC and payments associated with the same.

- Handling customer grievances or any issues and providing timely support.

- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

- Obtaining feedback of the customers to improve the service quality.

- Learning about the organization's products or services and keeping up to date with changes

- Read relevant journals, attend meetings and courses in order to upgrade the existing skill sets.

- Conducting Customer satisfaction survey and ensuring optimum level of customer satisfaction index
