Assistant Manager - Customer Experience - BFS (1-2 yrs)
- The incumbent must have excellent communication skills to deal with overseas clients including HNI and UHNI clients.
- Improve Client experience & engagement, take ownership of customer issues resolve them quickly & efficiently.
- Support the frontline sales team with Leads, Client feedback & ensure cross sales by furthering the existing relationships.
- Person with graduation or post graduation in finance are preferred. Further people who have worked in investment banking, broking, wealth or private banking firm in Client servicing are preferred.
