Job Title : Assistant Customer Delight Manager

Reporting to : Customer Delight Manager

Function/Department : Operations and Business Development

Salary - 5LPA+Incentives

- Will be handling both sales & operations

- Target industries: Co-working space, Hotels, Hospitality. Can also look at smart people from the hospitality industry

- Budget : 5 Lacs per annum + incentives

- 1 position in Gurgaon, 1 position in Delhi

- Reporting to the Customer Delight Manager

Job Responsibilities :

1. Maintains the Management office and control day-to-day operations .

2. Maintain an effective command for overall management of staff as per the organisational chart.

3. Processes invoices for management approval pertaining to departments under him.

4. Track the AMC/Warranty/Defect Liability Period-HVAC, DG, BMS, CCTV contracts, maintenance calls, etc. and emergency projects.

5. Manages critical relationships with client, tenants, and key vendors.

6. Assists with all scheduling activities, including all tenant moves, lobby events, freight elevator scheduling, plant rotations, and any vendor activities, which affect tenants (window washing, elevator maintenance, etc.)

7. Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors

8. Coordinate all building fire/life safety drills/seminars.

9. Promotes and fosters positive relationships with tenants and owners.

10. Supervise Housekeeping and Security operations along with the Facility Manager & parking.

11. Actively up-sell, cross-sell to generate Customer Service /VO/ Meeting Room Revenue and meet the given targets.

Skills and Qualification :

1. Minimum Experience required - 4 to 6 years.

2. Strong knowledge of maintaining building facility.

3. Should have a degree/diploma in Hospitality.

4. Proven Track record in achieving sales targets and revenue generation.
