Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales - Recruitment (1-2 yrs)
We are looking for Asst Manager Business Development, the person should be ready to work in a start-up environment and grow with the organization
Purpose of Job : Increase the presence of the company, for recruitment service towards different industry segments within the country.
Key responsibilities :
- Identify new clients and generating leads through cold calling email marketing, Data mining, Social Media, Personal connect or other social networking websites for leadership hiring solution across functions & Verticals.
- Engaging in pre-sales activities, analyzing clients business requirements and recommending appropriate solutions with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with IT & Non-IT clients thereby ensuring continuous business opportunities.
- Coordinate with recruitment team and client for timely delivery.
- Ownership of the complete end-to-end Recruitment cycle new client acquisition to the realization of payment
Desired Experience & Expertise :
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Understanding of recruitment industry
- Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Positive attitude and highly motivated to grow with the organization
- Demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit
- A change agent with highly evolved influencing skills.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
