Assistant Manager - Corporate Partnership - NGO (4-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for resource mobilization and nurturing corporate support through strategic partnerships and relationships.

- Identify ways in which future partners, donors and prospects can participate and contribute to effective development of communities.

- Develop and deepen existing donor relationships, ensuring that the organization maintains effective communication and good relationship with our donor partners, ensuring they are updated of our work and achievements.

- Design a donor relationship development plan for each corporate donor/prospect and update annually.

- Prepare presentations, reports and other necessary documents for donors and prospect engagement.

Qualification & Experience : 

- Post-Graduate, preferably an MBA with at least 4-7 years of experience in Fundraising/ Marketing/ Business Development

- Basic knowledge of mass communications, brand building, marketing.

- Knowledge of fundraising best practice

- Knowledge of donors that support work in our sector (desirable)

- Understanding of the companies bill and the CSR environment in India

- Donor and/or Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience with Corporates, high level Corporate Executives, Corporate Boards, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, etc.

- Basic understanding of program designing, monitoring & evaluation, reporting (desirable)

- Passion for and basic understanding of Humanitarian and Development Programs

- Proven track record of delivering fundraising/ business development success

- Proven experience of and ability to plan effectively for meeting donors, open to making cold calls .
